Committee Application Form

PURPOSE: To plan, implement and oversee any events.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Committee is totally responsible for organizing and assigning job responsibilities for a successful event; Reporting the financial status and having a follow-up meeting after the event with recommendations for next year.
