Michelle Small is a Georgia-based Realtor®, Associate Broker, and business owner focused on strategic growth, property acquisition, and client advocacy. Serving Walton County and surrounding areas, she brings a results-driven approach backed by industry designations and a commitment to professionalism and ethical leadership. Michelle is passionate about building strong communities, supporting fellow agents, and delivering exceptional experiences in every transaction.

Michael “Todd” Everette began his career in the mortgage industry in late 2010 and obtained his license in early 2011. Since then, he has been dedicated to helping a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and returning clients—navigate the home financing process with confidence. 

Todd enjoys working with buyers at every stage and takes pride in being part of one of life’s most meaningful milestones. For him, nothing compares to seeing a client receive the keys to their new home. 

He has also been an active member of the Walton-Barrow Board of REALTORS® Association for over 14 years, serving in various roles including affiliate membership and chairing or co-chairing the association’s largest fundraising events. 

Outside of work, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and attending music and sporting events.
