From social media to signage, all Georgia licensees must follow GREC advertising rules. This course helps agents create compliant ads and shows brokers hoe to supervise them under Rule 520-1-09 and O.C.G.A.43-40-25. Agentst will learn what to include, what to avoid, and the risks of non-compliance. Brokers will get tools for oversight and reducing liability.
